    Orders are shipped within 4 - 5 business days after they are received. Some handmade items and custom items may require additional time. All orders are sent by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority or First Class with delivery confirmation.

    In order to make things as simple as possible for you and us, we charge a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders under $100. All orders over $100 dollars receive free shipping. We also offer Express Mail shipping for an additional fee of $21.95

    Currently, Springcart ships to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and non-continental U.S. addresses. Sorry, no international orders, including Canada.

    Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. APO/FPO PO Box and non-continental U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive within 7 business days. APO/FPO, PO Box and non-continental U.S. customers should select UPS Ground at checkout, although your package will be shipped via USPS Priority.

    Returns & Exchanges
     

    We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise, minus the cost of shipping with the original receipt of purchase. All products must be in an unused state with original packaging and tags. Returns are issued in the form of a store credit.

    We inspect all items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.

    By purchasing and completing any transaction from www.springcartdesigns.com you agree to our terms and conditions.

    We take great care in packaging your merchandise to ensure that breakage doesn't occur. However, if breakage or damage has occurred during the shipping process, please contact us at orders@springcartdesigns.com. We will contact you immediately with instruction as to how to return the damaged merchandise.We also suggest that you insure your return package to protect yourself from the possibility of loss during shipping. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn or damaged due to misuse.

    We are unable to accept returns on any custom orders..
    Ordering, Payments & Pricing
     

    We accept most major credit card. Currently, all of our credit card payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal is a free and secure method of paying using your credit card, or debit card. You do NOT even need a Paypal account. Payments are processed at the time of purchase and an email confirmation is sent to you with the details of your purchase.

    All of our advertised prices are calculated at checkout. Store credits will be issued as coupons that may be entered at checkout in the designated field on the shopping cart before the order is submitted. this will deduct the full amount of the store credit or discount from the total order. If the store credit is more than the total purchase amount we will issue a new coupon for the remaining balance available to use for future purchase.


    Sales Tax
     
    All orders shipping to California are required to pay sales tax at the current rate of 9.725%.
    Creating An Account
    You do not have to create an account with Springcart to shop on this site. If you would like to create an account with us simply follow the instructions that are provided to you when you click my account.
    Personalized Printing Information
     

    Please allow 7 - 10 business days for orders that require personalization to be shipped out. If you request an emailed proof this may delay your order until we receive an okay to print.
