Will my jewelry be exactly like the one in the picture? Most of the jewelry that is listed on the website are one of a kind designs unless otherwise noted. Due to differences in monitor settings, the color you see may differ slightly from the physical item; however, we take great effort in making sure that our descriptions and photography are as accurate as possible. Do you ship outside of the United States? Unfortunately, at this time, we only offer shipping throughout the United States and Canada Do you do custom work? Yes, we do custom work. Return Policy We gladly accept returns within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise, minus the cost of shipping. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit or exchange. We take great care in packaging your merchandise to ensure that breakage doesn't occur. However, if breakage or damage has occurred during the shipping process, please contact us at orders@springcartdesigns.com. We will contact you immediately with instruction as to how to return the damaged merchandise. We also suggest that you insure your return package to protect yourself from the possibility of loss during shipping. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn or damaged due to misuse. We are unable to accept returns on any custom orders. Shipping Information Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48-72 hours after they are received. All orders are sent by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority or First Class with delivery confirmation. In order to make things as simple as possible for you and us, we charge a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders under $100. All orders over $100 dollars receive free shipping. We also offer Express Mail shipping for an additional $21.95. International Orders Currently, we only offer shipping throughout the United States and Canada Payment Method We accept any major credit card. Currently, all of our credit card payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal is a free and secure method of paying using your credit card, or even e-checks. You do not even need a Paypal account. Gift Wrap We will wrap your gift at an additional charge of $3.00 per item.
